1. first we added 110g of plain flour into a bowl and added 150ml of tepid water.
2. Then we stired it together until smooth.
3. If you wish to make large numbers then split it in two, in to 4 for smaller numbers.
4. If you want to make your numbers colourful add food colouring, the same colour as the number you would like to make.
5. Then put in the freezer and take out regually to stir until stiff.
6. Stir in baking powder or by carbonate of soda to the colourful mixture.
7. Spread the mixture in the shape of the number you want on to a sheet of baking paper. Don't worry if it is not perfect you can always cut after baking.
8. Then put in the oven at 150 degrees c for a fan oven.
9. Leave it for 10 mins, turn it over and leave for another 10 mins.
